Every customer meets the owner, every customer becomes educated on how to prevent losses in the future. Lastly, we don't just work, we explain to the customer why each phase of work must be completed in order to follow the standards and recommendations of our certifications.
We don't accept any type of payment until portions of the work are completed and the customer is satisfied. We begin work immediately and walk the customer hand in hand during the entire process. MRS Restoration has all the necessary certifications and training and is fully insured and bonded.
